A word from the President...

A NEW ERA FOR THE CLUB AND THE PSCA

Leederville Cricket Club enters our 75th season with a great sense of anticipation and excitement for the season ahead.

Having 6 out of 8 teams secure finals berth for what can only be described as unprecedented times where finals were cancelled, there's many players who're excited at the prospect of returning and achieving the on-field success which was missed with the early conclusion of the previous season.

I'd also like to take the opportunity to personally thank the exiting president and his committee for all their hard work over their tenure.

Through their commitment and hard work in both the junior and senior programmes, Leederville CC were awarded the Western Australian Cricket Club of the year award for 19/20 season. Receiving this accolode is testament to the benchmark

set by Leederville Cricket Club and demonstrates why LCC remains successful both off and on the field.

The coming season will again see us field 8 teams from 1st grade down and I encourage all members regardless of ability to come down and enjoy the benefits of playing for such a large and successful club.

Furthermore, the fantastic social vibe down at Leedy will again be one to savour, where existing and new friendships are created and everyone experiences the fun and good times of being linked to such a wonderful club.

We look forward to welcoming all returning members and encourage anyone that

is looking to play cricket and join a club to come down to pre-season in September and get amongst the great atmosphere and be ready for the launch of the new season come October 17.
